• Documents are deleted permanently after the verification review is complete (within 72 hours of decision).
• Documents are never stored publicly, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than identity verification.
• We do not use automated facial recognition or biometric scanning on submitted documents.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

• Active Accounts: Your data is retained as long as your account remains active.
• Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, all personal data is purged within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• Aggregated Data: Anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., total ratings) may be retained for analytics and leaderboard purposes even after account deletion.
